Voroklini is located about eight kilometres north-east of the city of Larnaca. The village stands upon a barrow at the foot of a low, petal-shaped hill, at an altitude of about 50 meters above sea level.
It offers a range of shops, including organic produce, a supermarket, bank, chemist, laundry & dry cleaners, bakery, gym, an animal ranch with horse & donkey rides and even go-carting.
Some parts of the village have been restored to the original traditional style and boasts some fine rustic restaurants.
Voroklini public beach with some fine hotels is only five minutes away (2.5 km) and the center of Larnaca fifteen. The International Airport can be reached in 20, Ayia Napa and Nicosia within 30 minutes, Limassol 45 and the Troodos Mountains in an hour.
